Daniel A. Bradley, SRA, GAA

Dan Bradley joined Czekalski Real Estate in 1987 as an appraiser. Since that time, Dan's primary focus has been providing independent fee appraisal and review services to a variety of clients, on many different types of properties.

In addition to his appraisal activities, Dan is certified by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) to instruct courses in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice to appraisers all over the United States. He also has authored appraisal courses for a number of providers, including McKissock LP, Penn State University, PennDOT, Polley Associates and the Pennsylvania Realtors Institute. Because of his expertise in appraisal standards and ethics, Dan serves as Compliance Officer for Czekalski Real Estate's appraisal services division. In this capacity, he is responsible for USPAP compliance for the company's entire appraisal staff.

In 2004, Governor Edward G. Rendell appointed Dan to a position on the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. In 2005, he was elected board vice-chairman.

Dan currently holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. He also holds the GAA designation from the National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Council of Pennsylvania Real Estate Appraisers. He graduated with honors from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1987, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.

FUN FACT:
In his leisure time, Dan enjoys playing pinball. He has been collecting pinball machines for over 20 years (much to the chagrin of his wife, Michelle, who is also an appraiser at Czekalski Real Estate.)
